Accurate Tension and Compression Measurement
The DFG provides reliable tension and compression force measurement. It can be used as a portable handheld force gage or mounted on a manual force tester, making it suitable for both simple individual measurements and repeatable testing applications.
Clear and Easy-to-Read Color Display
The clear color display presents measurement results in an easy-to-read format. Depending on the selected display mode, it can show real-time force readings as well as peak tension or peak compression values. This keeps the most important test information visible at all times.
Save and Analyze Measurement Results
Measurement results can be saved at the press of a button. The internal memory stores up to 50 results. The built-in statistics function analyzes stored measurements and displays minimum, maximum, average, range, and standard deviation.
Tolerance Evaluation and Data Transfer
For simple pass/fail evaluation, the DFG includes built-in tolerance limits. Measurement results can be transferred via USB or RS-232 to external systems, data collection software, or analysis applications.
Flexible Use with Accessories and Manual Force Testers
The DFG is supplied with accessories and can be expanded with suitable custom grips and fixtures. An optional adapter kit allows additional fixtures to be used. Combined with MTL or MTH manual force testers, the DFG provides a practical solution for repeatable tension and compression testing.
Designed for Reliable Daily Use
The durable die-cast housing, integrated lithium-ion battery, and safe overload protection up to 200% of full scale make the DFG well suited for daily use in production, laboratory, and quality assurance environments.
