Advanced Software for Force Testing and Analysis
L2+ is designed for applications where force measurements need to be not only performed, but also analyzed and documented in detail. The software is suitable for tension, compression, hold, break, cyclic, peel, and coefficient-of-friction testing, as well as many other force testing applications.
Flexible, Customizable Test Routines
The Test Builder allows test routines to be created step by step using a graphical configuration process. A test can consist of a single step or combine multiple steps, such as tension, compression, hold, cycle, break, and user prompts.
This makes it possible to create both simple standard tests and multi-step test routines with different limits, speeds, and stop conditions.
Graphical Analysis Directly on the Test Curve
A comprehensive set of graphical analysis tools allows key results to be evaluated directly from the graph trace, including slope, minimum and maximum values, point-to-point differences, peaks, and valleys.
For spring testing, the load-distance curve can be used to determine values such as spring force and spring rate. More advanced applications such as peel testing can be evaluated using peak detection, peak counting, averaging, and delta load analysis.
Clear Result and Data Views
During and after testing, measurement data, results, graphs, and tabular data can be displayed in different views. Multiple test runs can also be viewed and compared together.
Statistics and tolerance views support the evaluation of repeated tests, while out-of-tolerance results are clearly identified.
Data Export and Reporting
Raw data and result data can be exported in CSV format, either automatically after a test or manually as needed. Results can also be copied to the clipboard, while graph views can be exported as bitmap images.
For documentation, L2+ provides different report formats for presenting and analyzing test results.
Optional Automation Builder
For advanced applications, L2+ can be expanded with the optional Automation Builder. It allows users to create custom formulas and arithmetic expressions, control digital inputs and outputs, and incorporate conditional logic such as If/Then/Else commands into test routines.
