Mx200
A modern digital readout for optical measuring systems used to measure geometric features, evaluate tolerances, and easily document or transfer measurement results.
Fully Featured and Easy to Use
The Mx200 combines digital readout functionality with advanced measurement and analysis capabilities. It supports standard feature measurements and common construction types, including intersections, bolt circles, distances, midpoints, parallel and perpendicular lines, gage circles, and gage lines. Construction subtypes can be switched quickly and used directly during the measurement process.
Optical Edge and Crosshair Probes
Depending on the system configuration, measurement points can be captured using optical edge detection, crosshairs, or both. The EdgeLogic™ function allows users to start and complete a measurement by crossing the same edge twice—without interacting directly with the digital readout during the measurement process.
Tolerancing and Part Programs
Geometric tolerances can be applied to measured and constructed features. Nominal values and tolerance limits can be entered directly and displayed in clear, easy-to-read data views. Recurring inspection routines can be recorded and played back as needed.
Reports, Export and MxLink
Measurement results can be presented in Standard, Tolerance, or CSV report formats. Depending on the configuration, reports can be printed, saved to a file, exported via USB or RS232, or transferred using the optional MxLink software.
Robust, Shop-Hardened Design
A sealed rubber keypad, durable powder-coated enclosure, and flexible touchscreen or keypad controls make the Mx200 well suited for daily use in a variety of shop and laboratory environments.
