Gx200
A programmable digital readout for inspection fixtures and multi-point gauging applications that require flexible signal acquisition and calculation, with measurement results clearly presented for analysis.
Flexible Platform for Gauging and Inspection Fixtures
The Gx200 is designed for both simple and advanced gauging applications. It processes input signals from connected probes and clearly displays the calculated dimensions directly on the digital readout.
Formula-Based Result Definition and Evaluation
Measurement results are defined and displayed using formulas. These formulas can range from simple readings from a single connected probe to complex calculations using mathematical functions and conditional logic. Formulas can be created directly on the Gx200, entered using a keyboard, uploaded as external scripts, or developed with the GxLink PC application.
PC Programming and Simulation with GxLink
GxLink allows gauging routines to be configured, programmed, and simulated on a PC. Applications can be prepared, formulas verified, and gauging processes organized before they are transferred to the Gx200. All settings can be transferred wirelessly to the digital readout.
Support for a Wide Range of Probes and Interfaces
The Gx200 supports a variety of probe and interface types, including analog and digital length gages, full- and half-bridge LVDT probes, air-to-electronic interfaces, and the Solartron Orbit® probe network. Depending on the configuration, up to 8 input channels are available; within a Solartron Orbit® network, up to 16 channels are available.
Clear Result Displays and Flexible Data Transfer
Measurement results can be displayed individually or in combined views. Graphical data views with clear pass/fail indicators allow results to be evaluated quickly. A parts database, data graphs, and statistical functions are also available.
Measurement data can be exported via USB or RS-232, printed using a Wi-Fi-enabled printer, or transferred through GxLink. GxLink also allows results to be sent wirelessly to a PC and transferred directly to Excel for further processing.
